Start by booking a FREE 15 minute discovery call, ask me all your questions and if you are unsure, this is the time to check we can get through what you need in the day to make sure you are booking the right package!
PAY AND CHOOSE A DAY FOR YOUR SESSION
Once you are comfortable, we will work out the best day and book it in along with your planning meeting! You pay for your session online and I will be in touch with a Backgrounder/Brief for you to fill in.
CLIENT BACKGROUND FORM
Before we can get started, to make our time together the best that it can possibly be, there are some really important details that I need to collect from you. Don’t worry, this isn’t a super-long list of questions and prompts - after all the idea of a VIP Day is so that you spend less time worrying about this stuff, and more time doing what you do best! I send this after you have booked your date.
PLANNING & STRATEGY MEETING
Before your session we’ll meet to plan the activities you need done, ask any questions or clarify anything outstanding so we can get into it straight away!
SESSION
We can either work together or hand over the to do list and breathe a sigh of relief as I power through your marketing in a day! Ideally you will be available for questions or clarifications if needed. I can share the checklist document and you can check in with me if you have comments or answers to any questions during the day as well.
BONUS: POST INTENSIVE SUPPORT
Following our session together, I will send through an update and a checklist style plan of action based on our outcomes and you will have 30 days to email me with any questions that you have about the work that I completed for you. It is my goal to empower you with the skills that you need to manage your brand and/or website on your own, so if you're stuck on how to do something, just ask! In some cases, I'll create a personalised video to walk you through how to do something on your website and/or in Canva. This support period does not include more service work, but rather an opportunity for you to ask questions about the work that was already done.
Please Note: These sessions are held over Zoom. Meetings will normally occur between the hours of 9am - 3pm AEST Tuesday - Thursday.
What can get done in 1 VIP Day?
Web Design/Changes - Depending on the complexity and how prepared you are I can get through 2 - 6 pages of a new website design or changes in a day.
Sales or Landing Page Design - if you have your copy ready to go I can get through a landing page and a thank you page in a day
I can copy-write 4 Klayvio/Shopify/automated emails in a day as well as design an email template
Canva graphics or templates - create a template library for all your online assets and set up your Canva account for your brand
Print design. This could include design, print-ready file set up and submission to the printer
Design an Essentials Brand in a day - Wordmark logo, colours and some graphics for your brand. This wouldn’t be a full brand work up. Just the essentials.
Update and refresh your Squarespace website
Write 2 blog posts for your website and social media collateral to go with them
Strategy Day - Let’s plan and focussing on where you’ll get the most value out of your marketing resources. Then we can set up some creative ideas, systems and templates for you to start running with.
Save up your list of marketing questions and to do list, and we can tick them off as we go.
