This often includes clarifying your audience, value proposition, offer structure and overall brand direction.

Marketing Direction & Priorities - Together, we’ll review your current marketing approach and identify what’s worth continuing, what needs adjusting, and what can be let go. The goal is to define clear priorities - so your effort is focused and intentional, not scattered.

Website & Digital Strategy Review - Rather than redesigning or updating on the day, we’ll assess how your website and digital presence are supporting (or hindering) your goals. You’ll leave with clear recommendations and direction around structure, messaging, and next steps.

Walk me through the VIP Day process.

  • Start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. This is your chance to ask questions, discuss your needs, and ensure that we're a good fit for your Marketing and Design Cure Day. We'll clarify the scope of work and establish the focus areas and priorities for the day.

  • We'll choose a date that works for both of us. You’ll then secure your booking with payment, locking in your exclusive day of focused, hands-on work.

  • Before your Strategy Day, I'll send you a brief to gather essential information about your brand, business, and goals. This will help me tailor our day together to ensure we maximise results. I’ll also ask you to provide any necessary materials, such as brand assets, content or specific ideas.

  • On the day, we’ll dive into the work focusing entirely on your brand and marketing needs. This day is usually online or in person if you are in Canberra. Lunch, drinks and snacks will be provided by The Design Cure.

  • At the end of the day, we’ll review the completed work together. I’ll walk you through everything, ensuring you’re happy with the outcomes. This is your opportunity to ask questions, request minor adjustments. If needed I will follow up with a written summary of actions and plans.

  • After our Day, you’ll have 7 days of email support to ask any follow-up questions or seek further clarification on the work completed. My goal is to empower to keep your brand/business/practice moving forward with confidence.
