The VIP Strategy Day is a dedicated space to step out of the noise and into clarity. It’s designed for business owners who have reached a point where incremental tweaks are no longer enough - and what’s needed now is clear thinking, grounded decisions and a way forward that fits.

This is a dedicated strategy day designed to bring clarity, focus, and confident decision-making to your marketing, communication and brand.

Strategic support is available as either a full VIP Strategy Day or a focused 1-hour Strategy Session, depending on the level of depth and clarity required.

About The VIP Day

This is not a coaching session or a brainstorming call. It’s a focused, senior strategy “container” where we work through what matters, simplify what doesn’t and create clear direction you can move forward with confidence.

In one dedicated day, we step back from day-to-day demands to work on your business rather than in it. Together, we unpack what’s really going on, identify what matters most right now and make considered decisions about your brand, messaging, website or marketing direction.

This work isn’t about ticking off tasks or making surface-level updates - it’s about creating clarity, alignment and a plan you can actually move forward with.

If you’re looking for hands-on implementation once direction is clear, our Done-For-You Studio Days are designed to support execution and delivery.

  • Start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. This is your chance to ask questions, discuss your needs, and ensure that we're a good fit for your Marketing and Design Cure Day. We'll clarify the scope of work and establish the focus areas and priorities for the day.

  • We'll choose a date that works for both of us. You’ll then secure your booking with payment, locking in your exclusive day of focused, hands-on work.

  • Before your Strategy Day, I'll send you a brief to gather essential information about your brand, business, and goals. This will help me tailor our day together to ensure we maximise results. I’ll also ask you to provide any necessary materials, such as brand assets, content or specific ideas.

  • On the day, we’ll dive into the work focusing entirely on your brand and marketing needs. This day is usually online or in person if you are in Canberra.

    The Day runs from 9.30am - 3.30pm.

  • At the end of the day, we’ll review the completed work together. I’ll walk you through everything, ensuring you’re happy with the outcomes. This is your opportunity to ask questions, request minor adjustments. If needed I will follow up with a written summary of actions and plans.

  • After our Day, you’ll have 7 days of email support to ask any follow-up questions or seek further clarification on the work completed. My goal is to empower to keep your brand/business/practice moving forward with confidence.

The VIP Day process.

Strategy Session Service (1 hour)

For some businesses, a full strategy day isn’t what’s needed right now.

The 1 Hour Strategy Session is a focused, one-hour strategic conversation designed to help you work through a specific question, decision or point of friction - without committing to a full day.

This session draws on the same senior, strategic thinking as the VIP Strategy Day, but in a more contained format.

Investment | $350 + GST

This option is well suited if you:

  • need clarity on a specific issue or decision

  • want an experienced sounding board before taking your next step

  • are preparing for a larger project and want to sense-check direction

  • feel stuck and need help simplifying what’s in front of you
